HELPING PARENTS BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN THERAPY AND HOME
Healing the entire family system is a crucial factor in ensuring that the changes your young adult makes at Red Mountain continue after graduation. In an effort to support families to develop and build upon supportive and compassionate “adult” relationships, Red Mountain’s family programming includes having regular update calls with your young adult’s therapist and family therapy sessions. These sessions are individualized based on your specific needs and are intended to support families in developing healthy attachment and working through unhealthy dynamics.
BUILDING REAL SKILLS AND REAL INDEPENDENCE.
Learn about how Our Approach helps Adults
In addition, Red Mountain Sedona offers family support through on-site parent workshops, weekly virtual phase meetings, and a 10-week book study group with our Clinical Director. These resources are meant to help families better understand and process the changes that occur during a young adult’s journey through the program.
