Audrey Hines

Program Coordinator

Audrey is a proud alumna of Red Mountain Sedona. Having experienced Red Mountain first as a student and now as a staff member, she brings a unique perspective to her work and a firsthand understanding of the growth, challenges, and transitions students experience throughout the program.

In her work with students, Audrey values authenticity, connection, and meeting people where they are. Drawing from both her personal experience and her work in behavioral health, she strives to build relationships in which students feel supported while also being encouraged to challenge themselves, build independence, and create meaningful lives outside of treatment.

Audrey is currently completing her undergraduate degree in psychological sciences. After graduation, she plans to pursue a master’s degree in counseling with an emphasis on Adventure and Nature Therapy. Her experiences at Red Mountain and in behavioral health have shaped her passion for supporting individuals as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, Audrey is an avid distance runner and outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys marathon running, hiking, traveling, and exploring new places, often accompanied on her adventures by her dog, Emmy. She is drawn to experiences that challenge her and expand her perspective, and values the sense of growth, confidence, and connection she finds through movement, travel, and time outdoors.
