Amy Hesni, MSW
Primary Therapist

Amy hails from Louisiana and received her Master of Social Work from Tulane University School of Social Work in New Orleans, LA.

She specializes in multicultural issues, personality issues, Anxiety, Depression, and Addictions.

Amy has extensive experience working with both adolescents and young adults providing psychotherapy, implementing multifaceted interventions, providing goal setting strategies and is known for her highly individualized therapeutic approach.

In addition to her work as a Therapist, Amy has worked as a Bereavement and Grief Social Worker, Women’s and Children’s Social Work Specialist and College Counselor.

Amy’s warm, approachable southern style quickly endears her to Red Mountain student, and her love of her work shows in every interaction.

When not at Red Mountain, Amy loves spending time exploring all that Arizona has to offer with her husband, 7 year old son and their 8 month old puppy, Blitz.
