Tom Williams
Director of Outreach

Tom started his career in the mental health field in 2015 as an admissions advisor for one of the leading Wilderness therapy programs, located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. While there, Tom worked in many different roles and ultimately became Director of Admissions and Utilization Review. On the next step of his journey, he transitioned over to outreach and worked for Red Oak Recovery, a trauma informed program serving adolescents and young adults.

Tom’s passion for connecting with people has compelled him to help others on their personal recovery journeys. He feels that everyone should work to understand themselves, and discover where their individual happiness lies.

“There’s nothing more special than helping someone find peace and happiness in their life. I couldn’t be more excited to connect families and professionals to Red Mountain Programs, where through sophisticated and thoughtful clinical work, young people can finally begin to heal.”
