An alumnus of Red Mountain, it was Molly’s dream to work at Red Mountain when she was a student. After she graduated the program, Molly lived and worked in Sedona before becoming a mentor at RMS. Molly worked as a mentor for a year, using her experience as an alumnus to connect with students and support them through the program. She demonstrated an ability to balance being an enthusiastic, relatable, and dynamic presence while still holding strong therapeutic boundaries. This made her a natural fit to become a case manager in July of 2020. As a case manager, she brings excitement and accountability to her interactions with students.
Molly believes in the Red Mountain process wholeheartedly as she experienced how it completely changed her life. This has only grown as she has seen students’ transformative journeys through the program from the perspective of a staff member.
Molly is working on her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and intends to pursue a career in clinical psychology with a focus on trauma therapy.
When she is not working, Molly enjoys exploring Sedona on walks with her dog, cooking, travelling, and going to comedy shows.
