Ken has been an educator for three decades as a high school principal, academic dean, college counselor, and teacher. His career includes over twenty years serving at therapeutic programs similar to Red Mountain.

A student’s stay at Red Mountain is often a time of academic transition, and Ken takes pleasure in assisting our students to attain their educational dreams and goals. Ken has lived in the Sedona area for over ten years. His passion in and out of academics is music and the performing arts. As a teacher of Shakespeare, Ken has taken hundreds of his students to perform and compete at various Shakespeare tournaments. Ken is currently performing with the Master Chorale of Flagstaff as well as with the Flagstaff Light Opera Company.

Ken is the proud father of daughter Karen and son Jim, and greatly enjoys the opportunity to help change the lives of young adults for the better.
