Chloe Vaught, NASM-CPT, CNC
Health & Wellness Coach

Chloe is NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who joined the Red Mountain Sedona team in 2022 as a Life Skills Mentor and was promoted to Health & Wellness Coach within that same year. She has a passion for health and fitness, and finds there is no greater joy in life than helping to serve others. Her own personal experience with the loss of her mother due to alcoholism was the impetus to help others turn their lives around. She studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and it was there that she fell in love with “food politics” and environmental law. She spent most of her down-time researching the negative effects of processed foods and pesticides on people’s health, and the correlation between gut and brain health.

Chloe has lived in the Sedona area since 2014. Prior to Red Mountain Sedona, she worked as a Legal Assistant for a law office, where she witnessed the legal ramifications for those who struggled with addiction and mental health issues that went untreated. She went on to start her own business as a Personal Trainer, so she could help people eliminate negative habits, and promote healthy living, by focusing on fitness, nutrition, sleep, and a positive mindset.

Red Mountain Sedona has been the perfect marriage for all her passions, and she has now been inspired to return to school to pursue an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a dream in which she has had her whole life.

When Chloe is not at work, you will find her with her two beautiful daughters who are the absolute loves of her life. She has strong faith in God, loves being silly with her girls, comedy, working out, baking, music, the banjo, writing, being connected to nature, kayaking, road trips, self-growth…and most importantly loves to laugh!
